Answer: This depends on your campus. Orders fulfilled by the Bloomington warehouse are available for pickup Monday-Friday from 8:00am-3:00pm. Orders fulfilled by the IUPUI warehouse are only available by delivery Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Answer: Unfortunately, pickup is not available at the IUPUI warehouse.
Answer: No. Orders must be placed via FireForm.
Answer: No. Please keep a close eye on the status of your FireForm request to see when items are ready to be delivered to ensure you’re available.
Answer: Yes. Shipping charges will be added to orders shipped to regional campuses. Orders are shipped to a central location via UPS, then distributed to local addresses by Facilities staff.
Answer: There is no fee associated with delivery on the IUPUI campus. If you're located on a regional campus, shipping charges will be added to your order total.
Answer: Items will be shipped to the Columbus campus from the IUPUI warehouse, then distributed by local Facilities staff.
Answer: Your email address is automatically collected when completing the form. Warehouse staff use this, in addition to the phone number provided, to contact you with questions about your order.

Answer: We have added a Requested Delivery date to the forms to accommodate deliveries.
Answer: No. Items are delivered by warehouse staff on the Bloomington and IUPUI campuses. Regional campus orders will be delivered by Facility Operations staff.
